Warm Broccolini and Tofu Salad with Chilli Kimchi, Cherry Tomatoes and Fill Me UP.

  Gently warm on low heat in a pan: 

½ teaspoon coconut oil

4 stalks of broccolini

1 cup of chopped tofu 

5 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Add I tablespoon Spiced Kimchi or Sauerkraut.

Sprinkle 2-4 teaspoons of Fill Me UP over salad and a pinch of Sea Salt.

Relax and enjoy

  Smaller version for a side dish or lunch.

Add any other vegetables if desired.

Fill Me UP Purifying Soup

  

Add 2-4 teaspoons to 1-2 cups of hot water. 

Can be taken in-between meals or as a side to purify the blood, balance the gut, and help reduce carbohydrate intake.

Have for lunch or dinner with green vegetables and lean protein.

Best results for Purifying 2-3 times per day.

Great for On-the Go!

Spring salad with and fermented sauerkraut, pumpkin seeds and hemp seed: topped with Turmeric Blast

Place 3 cups washed spinach leaves with 2 chopped carrots and 2 tomatoes in a medium sized bowl.

Sprinkle hemp seeds and pumpkins seeds.

Add fermented sauerkraut or fermented cabbage of your choice.

Mix 2 teaspoons Turmeric Blast with 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 3 teaspoons of red wine vinegar in a cup and stir.

Pour over salad and enjoy!

Serve with a bowl of Fill Me UP Soup

Have for lunch or dinner.

Turmeric soup served with cherry tomatoes, hommus, olives. Tofu strips and wafer gluten free crack

Simple comfort food made in a few minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of Turmeric Blast to 2 cups of hot water. 

Add celtic sea salt, black pepper and chilli powder to taste.

Place crackers on plate with olives, cherry tomatoes, serve of hommus and strips of warmed firm tofu.

Have for lunch or dinner.

Turmeric Blast Seasoning

Tumeric Blast can be added to all your favorite vegetables, soups and salads. You can mix it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a salad dressing or stir through vegetables and cooking just before serving.

quick Raw Cacao and passionfruit delight dessert or breakfas

Raw Chocolate Schizandra Passionfruit Delight Mousse.

  Mix 2 tablespoons of raw cacao with 1 teaspoon of Schizandraberry powder.

Add 2 teaspoons of Passionfruit Delight and 1 tablespoon of warm water.

Add 2 heaped tablespoons of low fat ricotta cheese and stir thoroughly until a mousse is formed.

Add mandarin slices on top, place in fridge for a few minutes to cool down and enjoy!

Passionfruit Delight Sprinkles

 Simply sprinkle Passionfruit Delight on any of your raw chocolate cakes, protein raw balls or add 2-4 teaspoons into any special baking you have done as a sugar substitute and high energy boost.

Dark Plum with Passionfruit Delight, rose Petals, Green Tea Leaves, Astragulus and Sour Cream

  

Chop up 2 Dark Plums, layer in a circle. 

In a shallow bowl or cup mix 2 teaspoons of Passionfruit Delight with small amount of warm water to make a paste. 

Place in the middle of the plums. 

Top with sour cream and sprinkle with mix of rose petal, green tea leaves and Astragulas. 

Serve for breakfast, morning or afternoon tea, or as a dessert.

Super Berry Breakfast or High Energy Snack

Simply Mix 2 teaspoons of  Super Berry Boost with a small amount of warm water to make a paste. stir through berries of your choice.

If you desire place a tablespoon of plain Greek or coconut yogurt or low fat ricotta cheese.
